That's pretty sad when a guy does that. I don't see how anyone doesn't see tapping and continuing as cheating. Tapping is a safety element in a dangerous sport. Not respecting it is extremely foolish. You can bet if they rematch and buddy gets subbed again his opponent will be taking that arm home with him.
