Cavalcante, Santiago, and Villefort brothers leave ATT

Just saw the thread about JZ, Jorge and the Villifort brothers leaving ATT and the questions that arose. To be clear, these four made the decision to leave ATT. They were not asked to leave. They requested a meeting with team management, advised that they wanted to train elsewhere, and requested that ATT release them from their agreements. We accommodated their request. Any rumors regarding them being kicked off of the team are untrue.  We wish them the best of luck in the future.

My sources have just informed me that JZ Cavalcante, Jorge Santiago, and the Villefort brothers (Danillo+ ????) have been kicked out of American Top Team due to management disagreements by Dan Lambert.

Big blow to Santiago just before his UFC emergence.

They are all the nicest guys in the business and great training partners.  This sucks but I guess the cat is out of the bag.  Three superstars and the next big thing.  Not sure where they are headed or if they are setting up shop together.  Been bummed about this for the past few days and I hope no one else follows.

My thought are fighters should train where it is best for them...Some facilities have the best stand up coaches, some have the best ground guys...some great conditioning coaches...and some facilities have great equipment...a fighter should have peace of mind when prepareing to fight...and he/she should have the right to move around freely to get whats best for the fight...Imperial will be around to help anyway possible...with not ties, or commitments...just cool friendly environment so fighters can train! Antonio enjoyed trianing and sparring at Imperial, but needed to get stand up from the best...Ouali...this is why Bigfoot did so well...This is how I believe it should be and what works best for Imperial...Other facilities may feel different, and We support all Gyms, Facilities, Clubs out there...We all love the business..so we all need to support it the best we can!

Antonio Set up his camp here for the Fedor Fight..Imperial is a facility that can be set up as a Camp...we have state of the art equipment...But we are also fans of all the different schools, and do not have a team...Just one of the finest facilities for fighters to enjoy setting up camp here! No crap! just train! we are not interfering with the fighters, managment, trainers, coaches or whatever they choose...We will provide a great training environment for any fighter, or school that wants to set up for a fight! Or just train...

No... Bigfoot is freelancer and had Imperial in his last Camp... He is in basic training now, and we gonna see where he is going to training next time... BTW Imperial has a nice space to training.... But Fighters on that level must to have their own house eventually ...

I think Big Foot trains at Imperial Athletics now. But I'm unsure, ImperialRob can you confirm this?

Dear God......talk about beating a dead horse....We get it.... Good luck to everyone! Everyone should always evolve and sometimes that means leaving the "nest" and stretching your wings (just like the real corporate world). I think us fans and students just think it sucks because we have loyalty to places where we pay to train and sometimes can't understand how such pillars of our establishments leave. Sucks for everyone on the short term but things always happen for a reason and work themselves out. Again best of luck to all involved!
