Evans, Ortiz, Belfort, Ebersole collect $70k bonuses

Rashad Evans, Tito Ortiz and Vitor Belfort each earned $70,000 "Fight Night" bonuses for their performances at Saturday's "UFC 133: Evans vs, Ortiz II" event.

Belfort earned the night's "Knockout of the Night" award and Evans and Ortiz took home "Fight of the Night" honors. With no submissions on the night, there was no "Submission of the Night" bonus.

However, UFC president Dana White also issued $70,000 to Brian Ebersole in a special "Thanks for getting those horrifying shorts off TV as soon as possible" bonus.

Evans and Ortiz getting FoTN is a joke. Not like they need the money anyway as headliners, and their fight wasnt that good.It should have went to Rivera/Philippou, at least it was a back and forth fight and fairly entertaining. Plus these are the guys that can really use the extra cash.
