Rogan: Comprido a 'victim of propaganda' about marijuana

Joe Rogan recently made a statement about the positive benefits of marijuana use. Noted BJJ instructor Rodrigo 'Comprido' Medeiro then dismissed  Rogan's remarks, calling him an 'idiot'.

Now Rogan retorts not unkindly, via twitter:

@mikeclip to @eddiebravo
did you see this shit with Comprido? Guy is just uneducated

@eddiebravo to @mikeclip
That's the best way to describe it. He means well I'm sure, he's just uninformed and a victim of propaganda

i'd be shocked if you got a response that consisted of more than hand waving and a couple of personal attacks.

Right. The definition of "patriotism" is something to the effect of "accept all laws that were handed down to you without question. Make no reforms and change nothing. This country was built on status quo. A true patriot shuts up and takes it."And you have the nerve to speak of "dumbing down"?

That is something to be proud of for sure. The country you love and are proud of, the country that gave you those laws, the people that are trusted to enforce those laws, you just throw that back in their faces. How patriot that is of you. I'm sure all criminals think this way to; always find a way of justifying what they do and then blaming everybody else.Don't worry I'm done with this thread, won't be back to discuss further. Exactly what I was talking about, dumbing down our society and you are fine examples. Be proud.

Decu68 is just another one of these its illegal so open and shut case types. Bottom like your a criminal if you break the law./sarcasmListen buddy here in america when something is not morally correct and not logically sound to our constitution the best thing we can do as americans is break that law.Your argument is rediculous and i would considering reading the entire thread as your just re hashing statements and beating a dead horse.No good comes from justifying unconstitutional laws with ignorant comments like "You may not agree with the law but it is the law. By you purchasing it that makes you also a criminal. ".Lol at we should keep weed illegal, cause its just already illegal and because by keeping weed illegal we are somehow putting a hurting on the ecstacy and arms trade?LMAO ive heard it all now.

" It will never be legal. The majority of the people don't want it legal"Dude, just stop already, you are embarrassing yourself. You continue to talk out of your ass with nothing to back it up and its comical. Its legal in 16 states, so you were wrong before you hit post on that one. The other is just too stupid to respond to. Just say you are trolling and spare yourself.

You may not agree with the law but it is the law. By you purchasing it that makes you also a criminal. Your monies go towards funding further criminal activities. These criminals don't care if they sell to you or they sell to a youth so technically you are funding that as well. You are okay with that aren't you? Can't hurt anybody thankfully, right? And of course you know that criminals that sell pot also get into other illegal ventures. Many grow ups busted find more than just pot, other drugs like ecstasy, stolen property, guns, etc. You are okay with your monies funding this.And by legalizing it would actually eliminate kids from accessing; who are you kidding? Kids drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes that are sold by "authorized retailers/dispensaries/whatever"; that hasn't stopped them and it is on the rise. You think these kids are walking into the stores buying this stuff themselves? By making it legal will make it more accessible. Others will get it and the kids will more access to it as well. Ever raid your parents liquor cabinet as a kid/teen? Maybe you haven't but a lot of kids/teens have. What now is stopping them from raiding mom or dad's stash that they bought legally? The parents may not have bought it before because it was illegal but now perhaps they are. Or if they did they kept it hidden; now legal they wouldn't thus making it more accessible to kids/teens. As you don't drink alcohol you don't probably hang out at bars do you? Go out a Friday or Saturday night and see how many of these people are drinking, smoking and toking. I probably see more pot than you do including paraphernalia such as grinders, pipes, etc. that all get destroyed. All of this to these people is recreational use; just there for a good time not a long time. And many of these people won't change in life. And many of these people are the same people we have problems with over and over.I'm okay with it being illegal. It will never be legal. The majority of the people don't want it legal. So you just continue to enjoy yourself and don't worry about any consequences in your little bubble.
