Kind of like when people said that Diego (LOLZ!!!!) was going to push the pace on BJ and finish him. You have to have superior skill to push the pace. We might actually see Diaz fight "scared" in this one.

Diaz and Penn are both my favorite fighters. Thats said, its going to be a TKO for the prodigy. Diaz wont be able to push the pace on BJ. The thing is, for Diaz to "push the pace" hes basically going to have to seriously engage BJ in ROUND ONE HOMIE. Diaz gets hit too much, and gets in too many bad spots to do against BJ. I'm going to say that BJ is a notch above Diaz on the ground at least, and he definitly hits harder and moves his head better on the feet. BJ has the wrestling the to put Diaz on his back, and the best top game in MMA to finish him from there as well. Diaz isnt even a big WW. He was tailer made for BJ to fight and have a HL reel finish. The only thing Diaz has in his favor is reach and conditioning, but in a three rounder I'm not worried about BJs conditioning.

After reading one of BJs interviews a few months ago. I came off pretty impressed, he knows how to train cardio. I think his training methods are better now than with wacky ass Marinovich. I also dont think Diaz cardio will be as big a factor as people think. BJ only gasses when he gets wrestlefucked, he slows when he gets lactic. Diaz wont be able to do this and he doesnt have Frankies footwork eitherDiaz wins by taking punches to land his own. The question is if BJs excellent headmovement/counterpunching will negate the reach advantage of Diaz

Awesome vid...though I also worry about not seeing any conditioning coaches on the team, and that huge cut in his brow. WTF?I'm sure he's aware he's fighting probably the most non-stop cardio machine out there.

This is the weirdest fight that has come along since randy vs Big Nog for me. I am and always will be a huge BJ fan but I love watching Diaz fight as well and all the crazy shit he brings with it
