Neer puts Ludwig unconscious in 1st round for win

Ludwig pressed early, landing a crisp knee in the clinch, but Neer simply waved him in. Ludwig continued to push forward and seemed to stun Neer with a few more knees to the body.

Neer's face reddened from the early work, but he continued to press forward and did earn a sweep takedown halfway into the round. As Ludwig scrambled to rise, Neer latched in a guillotine choke with his left arm, and settled onto his back. Ludwig was immediately trapped, and he was asleep before he could offer a tap. The surprising and impressive win came at the 3:04 mark of the first round.

^^^ daaaamn ill have to watch again to see the spit out. ive seen fighters do it before but didnt see when it happened in this fight. i do think he was talking to the ref too much for me.

I hate when people claim they are going to do something and pussy out. Neer wanted to stand and bang, then realized he is not on the same level as Bang and took it to the ground. I don't blame him, I just wanted to see him atleast give it a round to see if he could make it out. The SPITTING of the mouthpiece was a bitch move though brah ! Wouldn't expect anything less from someone who trains with the Diaz Brothers.

What was neer saying to the ref the second time, just before the re? First time he was asking for his mouthpiece, what was he saying to the ref just before it went to the ground?

They both looked really good. Neer is toug all around and a beast on the ground. Bang's striking looked great and had some really nice td defense for a while. Props to both of them.
