At UFC 140, Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira suffered a complete break of his right arm in a fight vs. Frank Mir.

Now, Robert Joyner, former Managing Editor of MMAPayout.com, and a devotee of Mixed Martial Arts since the early 90′s, offers an update on Big Nog's rehabilitation.

Big Nog is doing physical therapy every day, an average of two or three hours at a time..is progressing well 6 weeks out from surgery
