Brandon Vera injured and out of Thiago Silva rematch

In Jan. of 2011, at UFC 125, fought, Thiago Silva beat the hell out of Brandon Vera (see at bottom), and "The Truth" was released by the UFC.

Then Silva tested positive for PEDs, and the bout was changed to No Contest, Silva was fined $33,750, and had his license revoked for a year. And Vera was brought back into the UFC.

When Silva's suspension was lifted, Vera wanted the rematch, via facebook.

Good Morning FB!!! I just heard my dear friend Thiago Silva is back...... I want that ass. No H_m_.

Vera got his wish, with the fight scheduled for UFC on FX 3 on May 15 in Fairfax, Virginia.

Now word comes from the official UFC twitter that Vera is hurt, and a replacement wil be named shortly.
