This!!!What a terrible, dick headed move by the UFC. Jones powers an americana on a beat up middleweight and that beats one of the smoothest armbars from the bottom in years??Fuckin retarded. not the first time this happend. Brock got sotn at UFC 112 with a bad arm triangle despite lytle doing a slick triangle-armbar from side control that same night. UFC 115 had nice subs throughout but crocop gets sotn cuz of his rnc.me thinks technique often has little to do with their decisions..

Vinny's sub was 10x better than Jones. That was bs, they gave it to him not based on the quality of submission but because of who he subbed.

Vinny deserved Submission of the Night.I might be biased, because I like seeing high level grappling more than anything else, but I do believe Vinny's finish was much more skillful and entertaining.In fact, I think if Vitor had induced the roll the way Vinny did, we very well could have seen the unexpected crowning of a new champion.Hopefully they'll take care of him with some kind of silent bonus.
