Hunting has been a very polarizing topic lately, most people are vehemently against the hunting of animals and some see it as a viable pasttime and food source. Few are indifferent. Last week Matt Hughes caused a huge uproar on the Underground when he posted several pictures of big game animals he had taken on an African Safari.

Previously Brock Lesnar had caused animal rights group to protest him after showing pictures of him carrying a full sized deer down a hill in a bag pack.

Couture is almost universally beloved by MMA fans, so we will see if this participation in a hunting adventure with loses him fans or cause any negative publicity for him.

this.   not much difference btw hunting ro fishing (whether or not done for food/shelter/clothing/other uses).....it still involves humans encroaching on animal territory and "hunting" them, which involves maiming, killing, capturing the animal in some way shape or form       i personally have no problem with hunting, in general, nor do i have probs with any sort of fishing

Let me jab a hook in ur mouth, rip it out...and u tell me if it's just for. If someone done that to a dog or cat it would be a shit storm. Hypocrit is hypocritical.

That is not the same thing. Fishing for fun means catch and release. The animal doesn't die.

Yes people go shoot prairie dogs by the dozens. The people that allow them to hunt or PAY them to hunt have farms or an infestation problem. Prairie dogs will run crops by the hundreds of acres. That in turn affects the farmers money, ability to provide for family, and the price of goods which affect pur pockets as well. Do some research on it man. I promise, it's an eye opener when u see how fast they populate, the disease they carry, and the crops the destroy.
