The Ultimate Fighter 7: Jones vs. Sonnen premiered, Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013 at 8 p.m. ET on FX Channel. Opposing coaches are UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones and Gangster from Oregon Chael Sonnen.
Formerly running on Fridays, the new TUF time slot will be Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m. However, tonight's two hour debut will be at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT.
The Ultimate Fighter Finale will be Sat. Apr. 13 at 9:00 p.m on FX.
Jones and Sonnen will fight for the title at UFC 159: Jones vs. Sonnen on Sat. Apr. 27 at 10:00 p.m. live on PPV.

The shows look and feel is notably different. The opening montage with its quick cuts feels more like NFL coverage, and coverage of families that was remarkably poignant.
In a stark reminder that half the people lose every fight, and what is at stake, Kito Andrews spoke movingly about what it would mean for his family if he won. He lost, and the loss was more painful , more real than it would have been in seasons past.
In the end, his son walked over and said he was still proud of him. It was beautiful.
