Manager: Fedor never interested in bout with Lesnar


President of M-1 Global, Vadim Finkelstein’s comment to UFC president Dana White’s statement that Fedor Emelianenko was to fight Brock Lesnar in 2012, but cancelled in the last moment;

“There was an offer”, said Finkelstein, the former manager of Emelianenko to “But Fedor, and everything depended on his decision, did not agree and decided not to continue his career.

  That may be the case, but he ALWAYS has leverage in negotiations with WWE by saying "Or I could go back to the UFC..." Maybe Brock talked to Dana White just to get a buzz going, make the WWE fearful of losing him. And if he got more money, and it worked (which it probably did), then more power to him for being a smart businessman.
