Gastelum: Hall’s lackluster UFC performances 'all mental'

Urijah Hall was the guy that was supposed to win his season of the Ultimate Fighter as he dominated all his competition inside the house. However, Kelvin Gastelum had other plans and defeated Hall in the series finale. Gastelum who now trains with Hall recently commented on Hall's inability to win inside the cage:

Gastelum, however, imposed his will on Hall en route to a unanimous decision victory in the final.

In Hall’s second fight in the famed UFC Octagon, he was defeated by John Howard by split decision in an uneventful fight.

Following the reality series’ conclusion, Hall and Gastelum have become training partners, and Gastelum believes Hall’s lackluster UFC performances have been all mental.

Look at the way Hall poses during staredowns and weigh ins. He's posing like dragon ball z and shit like that. It's not a killers mentality. He breaks easy.
