Jose Aldo beat The Korean Zombie with kidney stones. When I had them a few months ago I couldn't even pee straight. Most excruciating pain I've ever experienced. Hope he'll recover fast

Kidney Stones are no joke. Especially with someone having a history with kidney problems. Could be very serious if not looked after properly.

If you don't take enough water with supplements and other meds it can yes. Straight dehydration I'm not sure but the water is muddied becasue it depends what is in your body.

Kidney stones are the result of mineral deposits in the kidneys. It only stands to reason the reduced water content would result in a higher concentration of minerals, with reduced means of flushing the newly formed stones out.

Are kidney stones actually related to dehydration or weight cutting at all?
