Cerrone: Miller a 'turd the UFC hasn't flushed away' yet

Cole Miller and Donald Cerrone have animosity going back years, but Mille recently called for a fight with 'Cowboy' who responded to it at the post-fight press conference for the UFC on FOX 10:

Based on Donald Cerrone's short-term goals, Cole Miller now has a one in five chance of fighting "Cowboy" in 2014.

Those are fighting words.

Unfortunately, they may not lead to fighting. Not because Donald Cerrone doesn't want to sling leather against Cole Miller, after "Magrinho" referred to him as "Clownboy" earlier this month is Georgia (watch it), but rather because UFC President Dana White doesn't want Cerrone losing any more weight.

And "Cowboy" isn't ready to end his relationship with Budweiser.

"I think the UFC is totally against me going to 145 and I can't drink delicious full-bodied Budweisers," Cerrone told reporters at the UFC on FOX 10 press conference. "That's a lifestyle change, I don't know if I'm committed for that. We'll see. Cole Miller? Win some fights, then come see me. You're at the ass end of a long line of people."

Things change. Cowboy reversed his tone of a move down at Saturday's post-fight presser. Plus UFC wants him at 55. Dana White even said:"The kid is shredded. He doesn't have an ounce of fat on his body. He has grueling cuts at 155. There's no way he should cut to 145. Not that this kid listens to anything I f-ing tell him to do anyway, but I don't like it, and I don't want him to do it."Too many high profile fights for him still at 55. Plus he likes to drink his Budweiser and eat his pizza he was quoted as saying, so Cowboy isn't going anywhere.

This would be a good fight without the beef.   Side note -- Cowboy has already spent his purse from this fight *

Donald Cerrone Will Drop to Featherweight After UFC 167 Fight with Evan Dunham   Cerrone revealed this plan after mentioning BJ Penn as a dream opponent for his future.  Penn recently enlisted the help of weight-cut and dieting guru Mike Dolce to help prepare for his own cut to 145 pounds, and Cerrone said he would like to follow suit.  "I need to get Dolce on my side," Cerrone said. "I'm going to 145 after this fight [with Dunham]."

Cerrone then backed his decision, saying that he feels he can compete and "Go get the belt" in the division.  "I just think I could really dominate down there," Cerrone said. "Most people lose a lot of fights, and they run down; I'm going to go down to 45 after a win."

Cerrone has a ridiculously more impressive list of opponents on his resume. He's on the edge of top 10 in an elite weight class. Coles list of opponents is much softer . He's outside the top 30 in a much weaker weight class. p4p worldwide cerrone is probably 200 spots higher in the rankings. Cole has no business being in the cage with cerrone.

Cerrone has already talked about going to 145 a couple times, so there ya go.
