Less than two months after break, Silva walking unassisted

At UFC 168 Anderson Silva suffered a catastrophic leg break when Chris Weidman checked a hard inside leg kick. Many wondering if that would be the last we saw of Silva inside the cage, but Silva was adamant he would be back. Today he posted a video to Instagram of him walking without crutches.

The fight was December 28th, so only seven weeks ago. Silva had surgery immediately the next day and the video shows that his rehab process is going very well.

The Instagram was posted with a note, which translated meant: Resilience, strength, and honor.

It's by the course. Steven Stamkos broke his leg and was walking without crutches literally two weeks after and was skating and practicing with contact two months later.

Would like to see him vs Mousasi as his return fight.
