Did a quick - half ass screen shot attempt with a little added MS Paint fine detailing. Each picture is the moment of impact. Counted 5 shots - first  two could be disputed only because Hendo's leg is blocking the camera angle. Also I may even say the 1st shot was more to the back of the ear-neck. Shots 3,4 and 5 are pretty obvious.   *Not taking anything away from Hendersons win - but to be clear - shots did land to the back of the head.

Which posts? To whom are you speaking?Who in here is talking about those shots in the context of a fight they believe was still live when they landed?

I really hope someone does those screen shots, or slows down the gif, or something. A day later and I'm still flabbergasted at peoples' inability to evaluate such straight forward, irrefutable evidence.

Who?Who is saying this?Who has said they wanted Shogun to win, and think he got screwed?

Stupid ass posts. Hendo's first two shots put Shogun out. The rest are moot and not hard shots either even FFS

I think I'd have to respectfully disagree, I've honestly watched it 100 times now, and I see Hendo's fist come up 5 times, but the fifth looks pulled, and the first 3 are very difficult to make out on account of his right leg being mostly in the way. For the record, I'm definitely not saying there's no way he hit him in the constituted illegal area, but I am saying I don't think based on what that gif shows that anyone can conclusively say they did. If someone did screen shots and put the little yellow mohawk on the back of shoguns head it'd be easier to tell, but as you said, it's a non issue.

that was FUCKING AWESOME! Shogun looked impressive in the first nice boxng kept his hands up after shots looked very composed in there dan waited and waited for his chance and bammm!anyone who says that was an early stopppage is a complete tool Shogun could barely stand up when Hendo helped him up a few mins after the fight being stopped.

hendo vs manuwa next. it will determine if manuwa is really a contender. shogun vs rashad. a nice tune-up fight for post-injury rashad and a respectable opponent for shogun to lose to and retire.

Exactly. A bunch of sour pusses in here looking to argue just because their boy didn't win. Why can't we just enjoy MMA. Tonight's fights were great!
