Robert Drysdale UFC debut July 6 vs. Keith Berish

Brazil's UFC-contra-americano-invicto/" target="_blank">Tatame reports that former ADCC and Mundial world champion Robert Drysdale will make his UFC debut vs. Keith Berish at The Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale on July 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The contest will be in the light heavyweight division.

This is the third time a UFC debut has been announced for the famed grappler.

The first time, Drysdale was scheduled to fight Ednaldo Oliveira at UFC 163 on August 3, 2013. That fight was cancelled when Drysdale got a staph infection.

The second time, Drysdale was scheduled to fight Cody Donovan at UFC 167 on November 16, 2013. However, the Nevada State Athletic Commission administered a surprise out-of-competition drug test that revealed he had a testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio of 19.4:1. There is some dispute as what constitutes abnormal, with some organizations using 6:1 as the standard, and some 4:1. At over 19:1, the NSAC refused to license him.

Like Drysdale, Berish is undefeated in his pro and amateur career.  came to the UFC from the Lou Neglia's famed Ring of Combat, where he held the league's middleweight title.

The TUF 19 Finale will be headlined by a trilogy fight between former lightweight champions Frankie Edgar and BJ Penn, at featherweight.

Ring of combat has some great fighters in it.. and due to drysdale being out for a while we may see an upset here.

No because drysdale is man and cyborg is a woman( kind of)Or did he get popped for oestrogen in an all female sport where oestrogen gives a higher likelihood of kicking the shit out of your opponent?Cos that would only really be the way to compare the two.

There was a ex NFL player in a lower level org that tested at 88:1.The Ratio means nothing. It doesnt show how much test they are blasting, he could of been using a much smaller ammount then you expect. People act like he had 19 times the test of a normal man lol...That said he was cheating and thats the end of it but lets stop this T:E crap.

No one in MMA, past, present, or future, will EVER test for a higher T/E ratio than Drysdale.  19.4:1
