McGregor, Mayweather, Diaz elbow each other aside on social media

Floyd Mayweather is stirring up hype around a rematch with UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor, in the Octagon. The idea is even more absurd than MayMac, but that made the duo combined several hundred million dollars.

The latest exchange brought in Nate Diaz, too. It’s funny.

Real kill in real war …. ????

The obvious problem is that a triathlete entering a road race knows how to run. A runner entering a triathlon who doesn’t know how to swim is at a notable disadvantage, not just of losing, but of drowning.

The obvious solution has already been proposed by UFC president Dana White, albeit in reverse.

When Mayweather boxing McGregor was first floated, White offered a wise response.

“If we start negotiating, it starts with punches, kicks, and elbows,” he said. “We can either add or subtract from there, which ever way we go.”

Now that Mayweather fighting McGregor has been floated, Team Money should offer a wise response.

“If we start negotiating, it starts with no clinching, takedowns or submissions,” they should propose. “We can either add or subtract from there, which ever way we go.”
