UFC Fight Night Dublin sells out in hours
The UFC is returning to Dublin for the first time in five years on July 19th, and went tickets went on sale this week, it didn't take long to sell out:
According to a UFC official, tickets to the July 19 event were officially snatched up Friday morning. An allotment of tickets went on sale to UFC Fight Club members on Wednesday and newsletter subscribers on Thursday. Once the rest of the tickets were made available to the general public on Friday, they officially sold out in a matter of minutes.
UFC Fight Night 46, headlined by Dublin's Conor McGregor vs. Diego Brandao, will take place at The O2 Arena, which holds approximately 8,000 fans for an MMA event.
“The UFC is delighted to have sold out its eagerly anticipated return to Dublin on July 19th,” a UFC official said. “All tickets were sold within the first couple of hours. There are a limited amount of VIP packages available here.”
