Once upon a time, former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was scrapping for a place in the fight G.O.A.T. pantheon. Now she is forging a new career in the WWE, and appears to be enjoying iife, with actual goats, as she detailed in an interview with Angelique Serrano for In Style.

“I have some tatami – the mats for judo – and I do my yoga at home on them.”

Rousey’s go to is Erica Vetra on YouTube

“If someone tries to pull up anyone else, I’m like, ‘No, no, no. You need to watch Star Wars [–themed] yoga right now,’” explained ‘Rowdy’.

Rousey is also open to a new trend in the yoga world: “I have pet goats, and I’m going to try to get them to do goat yoga with me.”

Yes, instead of being punched in the face for a living, Rousey is doing yoga with goats.

While Rousey has traded goats for G.O.A.T., she still trains to a degree.

“I have a heavy bag in my garage,” she said. “I like to go in there, turn on the music, hit the bag, and pretend I’m Rocky.”

And she has some advice for other women everywhere.

“If you’re thinking about how you look while you’re working out, you’re not working out hard enough,” said Rousey. “I think it’s good for girls to get grungy and sweaty and let themselves … just not be perfect all the time, you know?”

And finally, one thing has not changed – Rousey’s inspiration.

“My mom was the world champion in judo,” she said. “Seeing a world champion walking through your living room makes you feel like anything is possible. The example she set made me aim high.”
