Woodley squashing beef with White to focus on shoulder and KOs
UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley has engaged in multiple public disputes with league president Dana White, most recently over a misunderstanding around a potential fight with Nate Diaz. Now during an appearance on TMZ’s ‘The Hollywood Beatdown’ Woodley has squashed the beef.
“I’m squashing everything,” said Woodley, as transcribed byDan Hiergesell for MMA Mania. “I’m focusing on getting the shoulder together. One-by-one, everybody will get these hands. I don’t know the order. I don’t know who’s next. But I never wanted to bounce around and not continue to defend my belt. I’ve been here for a while and I plan on knocking everybody out.”
“So if you people want to know about the Dana beef, about the Frankenstein beef, about the Queefington beef, I don’t want to talk about it. I’m focusing on being successful.”
So after burying the hatchet, the next step is fully healing the shoulder. Then a fight will be made, and some trash talk can presumably rise again.
