I haven't read the book, however, one of the reviews, it mentions that there is some connection with the author and Pete Egoscue.

The book is decent. It's very general and simplified verson of posture therapy. Illustrations instead of photos. Very easy read. It's a good place to begin to understand the concepts.

How is it different from Egoscue's "Pain Free"?

Michael, 90% of the movements are the same, with similar sequencing. Some movements are different(some I've never seen before), but good. He even recommends Pete's work and admitts most of the movements are the same. It's just an easier read. I think the average person can relate to this book better.
