For only $12 per tire we can put pure Nitrogen into your tires. This is almost as bad as the Tornado, Slick50 and a DuraLube commercial. Isn't atmospheric air 70% Nitrogen anyway

It's about 80% N2. Apparently, though, that other 20% contains enough moisture that changes in heat can change the pressure - but only enough that you'd notice it if you were a professional race car driver in a race car, on a race track. The exterior of the tire is far, far more important than how much the pressure could change from a nominally pressurized state.

I buy the 80% pure nitrogen at COstco, it's a lot cheaper.

but those "air" molecules are much much larger and are just screaming to get out of your tires you are going to die if you dont have pure nitrogen in your tires...all those people driving explorers would be alive today if they only had nitrogen

I heard filling your tires with Argon is the next big thing. Argon is inert and more stable than Nitrogen. I heard you can get 5% better gas mileage with it.

If you used sulfur hexafloride your tires would probably never go flat. That's the stuff they use in the pump sneakers. Or used to... I think it's kinda poisonous.
