Im trying to decide which area I should specialize in for my Finance degree. Can you finance degree holders give me some advice on which specialization to choose with the pros and cons of each?

Im trying to decide between specializing in Real Estate, Corporate Finance/Investment Banking, Financial Markets/Banking or Investment Management. Any and all help would be appreciated :-)

Management Information Systems= Computer Information Systems Considering a major that requires a business minor. CIS is an option. They are the same deal I assume?
