Reports in that Rangers are in the hunt to sign 32- year old robbie fowler on a 2 year contract. I hope they get him.

I don't see how that would really help them. Fowler's been on the downswing for the past few years and wouldn't be an improvement over Prso or Sionko

Typical Scottish league signing. If I was him I'd go to America.

Hartson and Sutton both went to Scotland alot younger and more useful than Fowler is. In fact, I think they were both gone from Celtic by the time they were 32 He'll end up in MLS, probably up in New England with Steve Nicol

Still a man comment: I cried like a Sheffield Utd supporter last Saturday when Robbie played his last game at Anfield.

Lots of old guys go to the States expecting to run rings around everyone, they find out once they get here that if nothing else American players play hard. That said of course I hope he goes to the states.

It's a team sport...if the players around you aren't playing at a higher level, you will find it very difficult to do so yourself . That is an issue for Euros going to the states IMO.

He was terrible when he left Liverpool 1st time round back in the day. Can't see him trying too hard wherever he ends up. Rafa is a tight cunt for not puting him on the bench for the final though
