The aforementioned Contingency is probably the most well-known. He became famous with his epistemology book Philosophy and the Mirror of Nature. A good read, a little dated now, but remarkable for the time. I forget almost all of it!

For a short and a good overview I would take Consequences of Pragmatism and read the first introductory essay...
