I just bought some fresh Cod and talapia from the grocery store and I want to BBQ it up.What is the best way to do this.I am cutting weight so it can't be a killer for my diet. I usually just wrap it up in tinfoil and put a little butter in it and go. What spices can I use to add for flavour.Anyways cutting weight sucks and I'm almost limited to fish and chicken so any recipes are appreciated. Thanks

a salmon or steelhead fillet (skin on one side) on a cedar cooking plank on the bbq = heaven. just some salt'n'pepper & thin lemon slices on the fish while it cooks.

most grocery stores also have them. just remember to soak the plank in water for a few hours first.

Deafwoody.. check out a thicker fish like a grouper or snapper. Some lime juice or lemon and pepper is all you need. Italian dressing is an awesome marianade for fish as well
