I bought a set of Indian Clubs and DVD from MotionRX and am trying to teach myself the routines in the video in order to help rehabilitate a shoulder injury. How much time do you recommend be spent daily on the routines and do you recommend a number of sets and reps of each routine. Any other pointers you would be willing to share would be greatly appreciated. Grandpab
