Chris, and anyone else with experience, When do you usualy decide to stop cardio before a fight. during my few ammy fights I did nothing the week prior to my fights. I have my pro-debut this saturday. i've been cutting weight the last couple weeks and am now 3lbs under where I need to be. Cardio wise though, when do you stop the cardio? I had a good cardio session on monday. about 5 5min rounds of hard grappling yesterday. Trying to decide if I should now rest, or do another day or two of cardio. Any advise is appreciated.

I do cardio of some sort all the way up. Swim, Hit pads, bike. I cut weight so I'm usually doing cardio the day of weigh-ins :) No but you should give yourself a day off but other than that I'm hitting pads in the hotel day before the fight for cardio
