Moke - Damn I feel sorry for your oven cleaner.

I think my oven is 1968, the same year the house was built. the light and timer haven't worked since it fused together in a smoky hiss.

been checking craigslist for a commercial gas oven for around $750. problem will be the venthood, which i will have to install a real one to deal with smoke.

leftover sirloin, eggs, vegs, Tamari soy, and a noodle pack called daily's beef balls.

I been trying any kind of noodle pack trying to find that perfect one. I always like the packs with dried vegs, soup mix and some kind of chili oil. I can make my own mix, but there's something about that cheap noodle pack that hits the spot. Daily's had a lot of flavor.

I've been enjoying some super rich broths lately. I got ahold of a mega bag of very awesome bones that have tons of cartilage and marrow. No sense taking broth pictures because it looks pretty white and bland. But oh man, a little seasoning depending on my mood and drop some rice in there...I can feel all my joints getting younger.

This is exactly what I had tonite for the first time. Minus the additional stuff. It was good! The noodes are longer and fluffier than Top Ramen. You can only get them at the local asian market around here.

I tried some Udon in a pack like that, it was terrible. :/

True, I love that shit, but I still crave variety. there are to many brands at the asian store to chose from. Not attracted to the bowl because I put egg in anything I can.

If i eat ramen, i usually eat in the morning, I don't like feeding that starch to my kids. I wait till the kids are gone to school before i sin.
