I just heard that Korean Ramen causes cancer, I don't know which part is carcinogic, the packet or the noodles. I think Nong Shim is one of them, I do recommend not eating them for now.

I've been all about perfect eggs since the egg discussion following my overly wet scrambled egg posting. Unfortunately, now I can no longer eat eggs unless I make them. I've become spoiled. Even then I can only get them to absolute perfection about 50% of the time...where they are pure silky perfection throughout.

When it's perfect it reminds me that there IS heaven on earth. We have all the materials, it's just up to us to have that Kaizen approach with it until you achieve bliss.

easiest way is to cheat by poaching them in separate pan, so you can roll them.

Ahhh, it's what's for late night comfort dinner after class...broth made from a full day and night's boil of many pounds of knee cartilage. every bump and chunk in this savory beauty is either cartilage, marrow, or bits of soft meat.

I used to say i didn't train because i moved to far away from my school, a friend opened up a school 15 minutes away, so now I don't train because of bad shoulder, LOL.

I go back every once in a while just to make sure I don't get beat up by an random 18 yr old wrestler.

I would probably go ahead and pretend like I tripped just so my head don't hit the ground first.
