Crab roll with butter from http://www.lobstatruck.com/ .  Was going to In-n-Out but saw the truck in the parking lot. Very tasty but small. I could eat 5 of them. Smoking a chicken in a couple hours so no big deal.

I've been brining and roasting butterflied chickens just like that lately.

Did you make that in your smoker?

I always brine and butterfly those cunts. I like to use crappy beer left over from parties as the base. 1/4 cup kosher salt & sugar, hand full of garlic in the blender with a quart of Coor's light.

I put together a little cooker with a Smokey Joe and a tamale pot. It's good for something small.

Buzzing your kosher or sea salt in a coffee grinder first will also save you lots of dissolving time at the stove.

What about Vodka mixed with Gatorade? Wouldn't you be getting the poison and the cure at the same time?

well if you fried that w/ a little oyster sauce and had lup chong sliced thinly and fried into it--that is of course after you started teh whole dish by frying minced bacon first right?--then you will have achieved perfection.

Forgot to take pictures of cooking them, only snapped a couple shots after the kills.

But I'll be cooking more soon and I'll be posting the results on here.

Tastes a lot like chicken the way I cook em.

i think squirrel is making a come back due to their nutty flavor. I would kill a couple when out bird hunting, but always gave them to my grandparents. Always thought of them as tree rats.
