This is in my opinion the best looking bike ever made. I want one in a big way. its got the motor from the 675 race rep, in a light weight chassis with a new gear ratio to give a bit more grunt low end, but still makes 108Bhp. This will be my next bike. Its just such a beautiful piece of work, pure sex on wheels.

What is that? I also don't like the double lights. It doesn't look clean. 2 of those small HID looking lights would look nice however!

Its the New 2007 Triumph Street Triple. Its got the same power plant as the Triumph 675, but with a different gear ratio to make it a bit more street focused - i.e. more low down grunt. As its has a trip motor its got loads of torque but makes more peak power than a V-Twin. I want one, and still think the headlights are great!

My plan is to get one, drop a set of Gold Renthal bars on it, get a bespoke zorst from a guy called Paul Taylor (google him he makes the worlds best slip on systems) Power commander and mapping, crash bungs, and a set of floating disks, goodridge hoses and EBC sited pads. That will make one hell of a street tool that is capable of embarasing race reps on track days.

I'm a big fan of naked bikes. I saw this in cycle world and fell in love with it. The low end will make it loads of fun at legal/daily driving speeds. I miss my SV650...

I do love my nakeds and I do love the looks of that one. Best looking ever? So many to choose from. But it is nice. I would post a pic of my SV to compare but I have a group ride to meet up with. When I get back. ;)

"it could use some fairings, imo" Ummm.... Since the point of the bike was to make a naked streetfighter version of the 675, you could just buy the 675 if you want fairing. Since they already make it and everything......

I want an ufaired bike for the road, as if I have the plastics there is nothing to stop me breaking every speed law ever written. I know my self and my irresponsibility with the go-faster switch. And yes it is a switch - Its either on the stopper or the bike is parked. With a naked bike due to the wind factor you have to calm down a bit.

Yeah, the wind buffet above 80 is pretty decent. Above 90 and its downright uncomfortable. Thats within safe-ish levels depending on the road and really keeps you to the backroad twisty and urban type riding. I did a 220 miler recently and the freeway part sucked donkey nuts.
