I need some simple foods(egg whites,oatmeal,etc.) that I can eat while training and trying to lose weight for a fight. THe problem I am having is the foods that I am eating are not leaving me with any energy while training. I am 168 right now and need to be 155 in a little less than 2 months. Any help with what I need to be eating would be helpful.
