Hey Chris we've talked before and I have to cut from 167lbs to 158 and then I will do the rest in water useing your program on cutting water weight. My diet is 6 meals a day. !protein portion,1 carb portion and 3 of these meals have a vegetable portion and 2 have a protein drink for the protein portion. Also my last meal of the day is simply a protein drink. I do 2 hours of fat burning and 30 min are cardio workout.1jour in the morning 1 hour at night.30 min weight training. Every day is a combo of 1 1/2 hours of wrestling and either boxing/kickboxing or BJJ. I've cut from 185 to 166lbs in 7 weeks so it is going good but this last 8 is very tough.I drink a shitload of water. Problems I am haveing are energy loss and muscle fatigue. I also take creatine(when should I shut that down as it stores water),BCAA's and the whey supplement 100 gold standard whey products.Protein is either fish or chicken. Let me know if u can help and recomend anything else I should take.A 13 lbs cut in the last 24 hours is easy.Last one was 17lbs and killed me. Thanks Todd Wood

Damn I'm down to 2 weeks and 7lbs before my water cut. HELP aLSO RUNNING FOR 2 HOURS EVERY DAY ON TOP OF MY TRAINING.

I would definitley cut ALL Creatine intake.Creatine put's weight on.I usually put on about 5 pounds when taking it.

I actually switched to the purple X as I was told this particular creatine would not cause u to retain water. I have now cut all carbs out except for 100 grams in the morning.After that it is all protein and vegetables.I hope to see a good result in the last 10 days. Crosses fingers

you walk around at 186 and are cutting down to what 145 lbs to fight????? Why????
