Well currently in medical school... Do u think it would be wise to just work out 2 times a week or 1 time a week of 2 hrs of jiu jitsu??? Its all i can fit in my schedule for now... I do walk to school 15-20 minutes walk.. I'm just wondering if it would be wise. I just want to stay healthy and not be nervous wreck like last year...

I'd recommend at least 2 and try to squeeze in something else too. Be creative. I sometimes go outside and set up a tire and pull the sledgehammer out of the back of my truck to get a little extra workout in at work. There are opportunities everywhere to squeeze in a little extra.

Workout 2 x per week. Go to the gym and do a full body weight workout and 20 min of hard cardio. I can do this in just oven an hour. Also, walking in not exercise for a young healthy person. Your in Med school, you should know this.
