Just getting ready to cut weight for my fight this weekend and was wondering how much sodium I would be allowed.I'm drinking distilled water and other then oatmeal in the morning the only sodium I am getting is with 3 protein shakes a day. So my total sodium a day is 470mg. Is this ok or should I cut anything out. Right now Oatmeal is the only carbs I'm getting right now.
