Hey all, im about 5ft10 and weigh in at 260, my goal is to cut 40-55 pounds to get my self down to 210-205 But im gonna do alot of weight and strength training to be very muscular and bulky (i have a very big frame at 5ft10) i have a coach who's a professional sports trainer and he is putting my on a diet plan and everything to achieve this goal, but my question is, how am i gonna look after, will all the loose skin still make me look like a freak? And if im gonna get alot of loose skin is their any way to get rid of it with out surgery Also im 19 if it makes a diffrence

u have to lose the weight at a slow and healthy rate to ensure little to no loose skin
