I was wondering if taking creatine before a workout and taking whey protein after to rebuild the muscles will do anything to help. If someone could hit me with some knowledge that would be great.

repeatedly lifting large heavy loads while gradually increasing the load and weight is a good way to build muscle. sleeping for long periods is a great way to repair muscle

I take 100% whey before a workout. Follow the workout with whey/creatine mix in juice.

Look into it. You're not absorbing the whey like you think you are.

eating a large amount of protein by itself with little to 0 fiber content will generally mean that it will move through the small intestine too quickly and not be absorbed as well as it could be, as we all know fiber slows down the movement of the GIT and allows for better assimilation of nutrients. eat about 3-4 slices of Ezekiel bread lightly toasted and smothered in real butter before your protein drink

whey before but it has been proven that whey and casein mix proves to build muscle better for post workouts.
