Cocaine planes with links to Washington and CIA

March 2006, a DC9 is seized at Campeche airport in Mexico carrying 5.5 tons of cocaine. Two weeks ago a Gulf Stream 2 crash-landed with 132 bags of cocaine weighing four tons in Yaucatan, Mexico. It has now been emerging that the planes and cocaine were the property of a CIA type front company whose owners and directors have CIA and Government connections.

Brent Kovar of SkyWay Aircraft, who is one of the registered owners of the DC-9 was appointed to the Business Advisory Council of the National Republican Congressional Committee by Congressman Tom Delay. Another owner of the DC-9, Frederick Geffon, “Royal Sons LLC,” registered his company at the Huffman Aviation school in Venice Florida used by the 9/11 hijackers and know to have trained CIA pilots for secret missions.

When the DC-9 (N900SA) made an emergency landing in Mexico the pilot managed to get clean away through a cordon of Mexican soldiers. He even took his identity! When Huffman flight school owner Wally Hilliard's Lear jet got busted with 43 pounds of heroin, the same month Mohamed Atta arrived at his flight school, his pilot got clean away, too. Two Mexican pilots were however busted, when they turned up to make repairs on the damaged DC-9.

You see, the DC-9 was not busted because of a high-level governmental co-operation but because soldiers guarding the airport became suspicious when two Mexican pilots arriving in a small Falcon business jet and lurked about the airport for two days. It was revealed last week the Mexican pilots are employees of the Mexican government's Federal Water Commission.

The cocaine on the DC-9 was packed into 128 identical black suitcases with the word “Private” stenciled on the side of each one. The plane bore the Seal of an eagle clutching an olive branch mimicking the Homeland Security Seal and SkyWays Chairman, Glenn Kovar, admits he has links to the CIA.

Titan Corporation of San Diego said they planned to purchase a half billion dollars worth of SkyWays, which is very unusual as SkyWays has no stock or assets! Titan was the biggest campaign contributor of disgraced former Congressman Randy “Duke” Cunningham and was also involved in the Abu Ghraib torture scandal. Titan was recently convicted and fined $28 million for fixing a Presidential election in the African state of Benin. What was Titan Corps business with SkyWay?

The Gulfstream II business jet (N987SA) was registered to “Donna Blue Aircraft Inc” http://donnablueaircraft.com/ of, 4811 Lyons Technology Parkway #8, Coconut Beach, Florida. The offices are leased by Butters Development http://www.butters.com/

Gulfstream N987SA has been involved in the transport of kidnap victims to Guantanamo Bay. Logs also show that the plane flew twice between Washington and Guantanamo and once between Oxford, Connecticut and Guantanamo. The American flights would have been CIA and Pentagon interrogators being ferried to interrogations at Guantanamo. At the time of the Guantanamo flights, the plane was managed by Air Rutter International, a California-based air charter service. It was then sold on August 30 to Donna Blue Aircraft, owned by two Brazilians and sold on to two Florida men on September 16. Such selling around is common with CIA planes when they have been identified as Company stock which they want to use for drug runs. They are then bought back through middle-men. The result is that nobody can ever tell with any certainty what is going on and that's the way they like it.

Frederick Geffon of “Royal Sons” also claims to have sold the DC-9 weeks before it was seized in Mexico but is having difficulty saying to whom he sold it! Surprise, surprise!

As with all government sponsored crime, there is a great deal of murkiness about these planes but what is obvious is that the CIA is still up to it’s neck in massive drug shipments that make the miserable Mizen Head load seem like a dime bag operation. Are they shipping into Europe via Shannon and is that why Gardai are unwilling to search their “private” planes? Remember the Gardai, under Pat Byrne, were responsible for the importation of several tons of cannabis into Castletownbere, Co Cork in conjunction with the CIA/FBI in the 1990’s that we know of. Half of the hash imported into Ireland went missing and it was never explained what happened to the other 114 tons which the CIA/FBI had taken from Pakistan as part of the same shipment.

Who are the real drug dealers and what are they doing with all the money? I can’t imagine Judges, politicians and senior civil servants going down to O’Malley Park or Tallagh to buy their cocaine. Who would be today’s “Big Fella” and “Good time Charlie”? I guess we would have to have to ask a most cunning and devious man the answer to dat question.

A Learjet belonging to the true owner of the Venice flight school that trained both terrorist pilots who flew into the World Trade Center was seized with more than 30 pounds of heroin onboard by Federal Agents in July of 2000 at the Orlando Executive Airport.

Authorities at the time called it the biggest seizure of heroin ever found in central Florida.

The seized plane belonged to 70-year old Wallace J. Hilliard of Naples, FL., multi-millionaire businessman, self-styled Mormon Bishop, and the newly-discovered secret owner of Huffman Aviation at the Venice Airport since its purchase in 1999, just months before terrorists began arriving in force in Southwest Florida.

Hilliard was already well-known in aviation circles as the ‘money man’ and deep-pocketed financial backer of Rudi Dekkers, according to local aviation observers like chief flight instructor Tom Hammersly, who taught at the Venice Airport while the two flight schools there experienced a flood of Arab student pilots.

“What we heard was that he (Dekkers) had somebody in Naples backing him financially. We all knew that the money he (Dekkers) flaunted was not even his money, that he was just a ‘front’ man for the man who had the money,” stated Hammersly in an interview in “Mohamed Atta & the Venice Flying Circus.”

Though in his many media appearances Rudi Dekkers portrayed himself as both president and owner of Huffman Aviation, this claim, like so many other Dekkers’ pronouncements, is untrue.

San Diego defense contractor Titan Corporation, already implicated in the fraudulent bankruptcy of a shadowy St. Petersburg FL company which owned the DC9 "Cocaine One" flight busted in Mexico, employed a Lebanese contractor who assisted Mohamed Atta and other terrorist hijackers in Venice, Florida.

Interestingly enough, the Venice Airport also surfaced briefly in the questioning of Oliver North during the Iran Contra hearings, when a man with a local aviation business named Joe Duncan was alleged to have run guns to the Contras from the airport.

 

the Venice Airport where Atta and two other 9/11 hijackers were trained has a history of CIA and para military operations for the past 50 years.

 

Gee this all sounds like some kind of conspiracy

Through the efforts of local businessmen, the U. S. Army opened Venice Army Airfield in December 1942. Tasked with training third echelon maintenance crews, it was used jointly by the Third Air Force and the Air Technical Services Command. This site had a complement of more than 4,000 military and civilian personnel at its peak staffing level. Factory-staffed engine schools from Rollison, Republic, Rolls-Royce and Pratt operated at the base to enhance training efficiency. Referred to as ?Sail-jers,? Army personnel used speedy crash boats to rescue pilots downed in the Gulf of Mexico as well as in salvaging equipment from sunken planes and other naval-type operations. The 400 men of the 14th Chinese Service Group trained at Venice during 1944 using P-40 Warhawk pursuit aircraft. Aircraft based at this location included P-39 Airacobras, P-47 Thunderbolts, and P-51 Mustangs. Upwards of 200 German POWs were placed here from Camp Blanding with work assignments ranging from carpentry to duty in the officer?s mess.

Following the war, this facility became Venice Municipal Airport and runways are all that remain of the 1,600 acre World War II base. However, many of the base structures have been relocated to surrounding communities for commercial or residential use. In addition, the Venice Municipal Mobile Home Park has incorporated the base officer?s club as their recreational facility.

Pondering over the huge seizure of cocaine in Mexico I can't help but conclude that DISIP, army and/or National Guard and authorities from Venezuela's main airport Simon Bolivar, indeed if the cargo was loaded there, must be either on the take or be part of the operational team.

 

The cocaine was placed inside 128 luggage cases. Are we to believe that not one law enforcement officer, custom or immigration agent, military or airport official saw what was taking place? Furthermore, many people are needed to load such cargo swiftly, why did it not arise any suspicions?

 

But it gets even more convoluted. The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) register has got some information about the N900SA DC9-15 seized in Mexico. As a matter of public record, as of April 13 2006 -that is the day before yesterday, the plane was deregistered in the USA and "exported" to Venezuela. This is a nice lead to DEA and international law enforcement agencies, isn't it? Who bought the plane? Who paid for it? Who exported it to Venezuela?

This other link provides flight information related to the plane. On Wednesday, Apr 05, 2006 it departed from St. Petersburg Clearwater International to Simon Bolivar International airport. But the bust took place on April 11. So what happened between those two dates?

There have been some innacurate reports in the press as to the ownership of the plane, which has been attributed to SKYWAYS AIRCRAFT SECURITY that in turn is a subsidiary of SkyWay Communications Holding (SWYC). It may have been due to the seal that the N900SA had next to its main door. However the FAA's register shows no record of the plane having been owned by either of the companies aforementioned. Equally interesting is the fact that Royal Sons Inc., the last known owner, is cited as one of the 20 largest unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 Petition Date of June 14, 2005 (Bankruptcy Case No.: 05-11953) filed by SWYC. Moreover Royal Sons Inc. allegedly had or has an office in Venice airport in Florida:

 

ROYAL SONS INC. used to be (or is also) working from VENICE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, where convicted Dutch fraudster Rudi Dekker’s Huffman Aviation trained some of the 9-11 hijackers. (small world after all)

Is it coincidence that Mohamed Atta learned how to fly in the close vicinity of Royal Sons Inc.? What I do know is that this cocaine bust merits minute scrutiny and investigation on the part of INTERPOL, DEA and related law enforcement agencies, and one of the angles that need proper exposure is the Venezuelan connection. In the interest of the hemisphere and the world at large, officials from the Chavez regime ought to be subpoenaed in this respect in order to determine responsibilities.
