I need a 60 because I'm a low bounce guy everywhere but the sand.

i'm sorry, i meant for me.  i use a 56 for almost everything around the green because i can put some serious shit on the ball with those zip grooves.  i'm always going for risky shit because i think if i miss the green i might still be able to get up and in or at least par.

dgs zip groove wedges make you feel like superman around the greens.

man, i hit those ap2's today.  i will own a set of those in the near future.  best feeling irons i've ever hit.

also picked up a titleist 907 d2 today.  it's not bad, but i hit a mizuno mp600 with a diamana shaft that one of mizuno's club designers had out there today.  wow.  everyone should check that bad boy out.

Diamana is a nice shaft? What colour? I passed on the Cleveland 60 and grabbed this one because I liked the grind on the sole better: Mine is 60 degrees with 10 degrees bounce and the C-grind sole.

^I'm a whiteboard guy myself. Rumor has it that will be an option on the new TaylorMade Tour Burner TP (do you really need a TP version of a Tour club? That double Tour action!)

BigKiller: Have you played those wedges yet? The spin apparently comes at a pretty big price. Every single review on them says that they obliterate a ball worse with one swing than jacking it off a cart path.

Any time I try to hit a shot with alot of spin or a sand shot, the ball is done for me. It doesn't matter what wedge it is. Any of the newer wedges have grooves that will shred a 3-piece urethane covered ball.

If you're a 20, you need to stop letting your ego pick your clubs.

CG red and X-20s are made for guys with some game (i.e. not you).  Get something that gives you loads of help.  You also should have hybrids.  Lots of them.  A 20 shouldn't have any iron longer than a 6.

Look at something like the Adams a3OS or Ping G10.

Get clubs that help and stop making me waste time looking in the bushes for every shot you "hit".

If you buy clubs without hitting them outside, you deserve to suck at golf.

^go to a course or, God forbid, a demo day.

Or...do what you're doing and take the word of some 19 year old with a 15 handicap at Golf Galaxy.

 Dude,

You need to hit irons outside.

I was using sarcasm as a way to get my point across.

Let's be honest, you're not a great golfer.  I'm barely at the point where I can tell how I hit one based on sound and feel but I still want to hit anything I'm buying outside.

Did you ask if you could hit them outside?

Most stores have demo sets for that exact reason.
