Are there any actors that influence your movie viewing choices? As a guy, actors like McQueen, Stallone, and Thornton make the movies they star in "automatic viewing" for me. How about for you? Gere? Damon? Pitt? Clooney? Or more classic like Butler, or Grant?

I am someone who watches a lot of movies based on writes or directors, but I occasionally watch movies for actors... I can't think of any offhand, but for example, I watched Lost Highway because of Patricia Arquette, then that got me into David Lynch, etc... So not really, to answer your question.

I just saw some piece of crap movie with Paul Walker in it. It had Oleg, Silvia, and Mitlich in it. I think he's been training in MMA.

Spacey is sort of batting for the other team for one thing. What about the classics? Stewart, Connery (at any age), Bogart, or even Astaire? Back in my college days, seems like all the gals thought Stewart was dreamy for some reason. Well, he was good in Winchester '73.

well i generally don't watch movies based on the hotness of the lead characters. i think kevin spacey is interesting and has some intriguing roles. actual actor hotness kind of detracts from the story because i'm busy focusing on hotness and not getting lost in the plot. i'd rather have the latter and not the former. acting in older movies seems so contrived and so far from the way real people act today that even if i did find those actors attractive, the way they carry themselves and interact with others onscreen is kind of a turnoff. but i'm a bit of a xenophobe like that.
