19 March 2008 Breaking down the Delegate totals (from Real Clear Politics): (Total needed to win = 2025) Obama: 1627 (Needs 398) Clinton: 1494 (Needs 531) Total Remaining (Not counting Superdelegates): 566 Total Superdelgates Remaining: 334 Total: 910 Obama needs 43.7% of the remaining to win. Hilliary needs 58.3% of the remaining. However, winning the Superdelgates is just getting them to vote for them. With Obama latest slip up, he just put Hillary back in the race. Note: this does not include Florida (211) or Michigan (157). Latest news is that Florida will not do a revote. Michigan is still up in the air.

clinton's tactic since the tides in the race turned has been not to directly out-campaign and beat obama in the primaries, but rather to undermine his chances in a general election, leaving her as the more viable candidate. unethical of her and unfortunate for the rest of us, imo, but it has been shrewdly and effectively carried out.

She sure can. Although Spitzer was a super delegate who was going to support Hillary, so that doesn't help. Despite all of the glassy eyed cult like Obama supporters who wander around chanting his name, I still can't see how America is ready to accept a slick talking black guy as their President. Although it will all depend on who the NWO want the most. I'm still backing Hillary.
