The guy is paying well a friend called and asked if we wanted any guys on the card I know about this cat all too well though saying you are going to get paid in full before you fight and it actually happening are two entirely different things. No one from the show contacted me directly at all it was all friend through a friend stuff, real strange. far as I know Dj is one of the few locals on the show we must decline for ethical reasons shady business this one

 Mr. Chris Conolley,

Can you please call me at 404-375-8111. This is Lane Collyer of XFN and I wanted to see if you are interested in your team fighting on our Gadsden Event.

Thank You!

Jamie has always been really cool to me. I know people say a lot of bad stuff about him on here, but I have never seen it.

I have heard good things from a few people about Jamie. With that said, all of the guys who said good things about him also said that everything you read about him is true, but that he has never screwed them personally.

My bet for the raffle is only 3 days; it doesn't take long to create a crack addict.

Yeah, I know it's not abnormal for AL, that's why I've been fighting out-of-state lately. Imagine if I break my arm or something. Then I've spent my whole purse on medical bills.MMA fighters are so underpaid(well, most anyways)

The sad thing is that the insurance is so bad that you would likely have to spend your purse on the deductible anyway.

It would likely be more possible if the amateur fighters and their "managers" would stop trying to extort money from the promoters. Did I say that out loud?

With 19 fights, it looks like everyone GETS on XTC.

As far as insurance, I have completely tried to rationalize getting it. Unless someone knows of a really good one, it is a joke and not worth the money unless every fighter gets hurt and the bills are somewhere between $800 and $2000. In the case that someone gets hurt for say $750, I would rather pay the bill than have paid $5000 in insurance coverage and a deductible.

We usually have around three or four Doctors and free stitches abound. Although, out of 5 shows, I have only had one kid even get cut and his butterfly did great since it was so small. I say no elbows and everyone is fine.

Good thing Tim. I don't do shows without it. Medical Bills are freaking high. And, nineteen fights (talk about insurance) should be split into two shows. Sometimes ya just gotta say no.

Well, I knew it was coming, but I did not want to hear it. Just got the first call that the show was canceled. Not a very reputable source to say the least, but has anyone else heard that mess?

Who is it? A "Bigger Challenge" ?

And, please DJ, what is your weight? If you need a match, I will do my best to help that happen.

WTF??? Are you serious? I just talked to the matchmaker today and everything was fine. He even said he has 13 fights scheduled. Please tell me you're kidding. My bills are relying on this fight.

What's my "bigger challenge"? Kenny Stevens? The dude they are/were going to have me fight on WEF is better than him I think. Look up Bill Vucick on fcfighter.brinkster.net

Lightning: I fight at 185, but right now I am close to being able to make 170, which is the weight class I'm going to after my fight with Kenny Stevens May 31st. Do you have any openings that you know of coming up? Please help me out if you can, I have some serious bills that I need to pay, and I was relying on this fight...............
