I've been taking Muscle Milk for the last year or so, and even though I think it's a quality product. It just puts to much fat on me. I'm looking for a protein with much lower fat content and still makes me feel somewhat recovered after workouts?

Optimum Nutrition is the way to go. About 24 grams per scoop and low fat.

GNC brand has a lot of buy one get one 50% deals...just grabbed 2 5 pound buckets for about $40 total with the discount.

BJ's sells the 5 pound bags of EAS whey for around $20 as well.

EAS has waaaaay too many artificial stuff in it, its like calling rat poison at that price "a steal" stick to the GNC brand as it is ON.
