well he fights at 170, so probably walks around at 185-190. still strong but nothin too crazy. the hurdles are the most impressive part IMO, that's fuckin freaky

Yeah, the hurdle part is pretty nuts, great vertical leap for a guy who's only 5'10.

I can do GSP's weighted chin-numbers, that's comforting! I always thought you should do speed/power-moves first, but I'm going to try and do an explosive move right after a strength-set, like the chin/ball-slam and the press/ball throw. Good stuff
