Watched his close yesterday and he was only hitting 91-92mph, man he lost velocity

Francisco Rodriguez will still lead both leagues in saves this year

he is the best closer in the game and doesnt have to throw in the high 90's to shut everyone down

Another example of location and movement being more important that velocity. KRod still has sick movement and superb command, he can succeed in the low 90's.
