Noone has good recipes for a GFG.  They're in the same place as the Sasquatch and female orgasm, ImaginationLand.

A good rule of thumb for the GFG is if it tatses good on an open flame grill then it will be barely edible on the GFG.

They actually make a great sandwich press. You should try to avoid cooking anything else on them though.

tortillas, meat soaked in fajita sauce, cheese, saute some green peppers and onion in olive oil - grill the meat on the grill, put all that shit on the tortilla, add the cheese, cook on the grill for a minute - eat
