People drink distilled water w/ less than 3 days of weigh in. It runs through you. What is the danger of drinking distilled water on a regular basis?

Ah, the old 'acidic' body mumbo jumbo.   Nothing wrong with distilled water.  Water distillers and evaporators have been used on ships for decades.

To say that distilled water 'leaches' minerals out of you is nonsense since mineralized water contains only very small amounts of minerals anyway.  We get the majority of minerals from food, not water, so even if you did 'leach' a tiny bit out due to distilled water, if you have a decent diet, you're more than replacing them when you eat.
